Unfortunately, after the pandemic, we are no longer offering refunds. If you can no longer make your bookings, please call to reschedule as soon as possible.
Yes, however due to the availability of games, there will be a fee for rescheduling under 24 hours and another if rescheduling less than an hour before the game. 24+ hours - free! Less than 24 hours - $35 Less than 1 hour - $50
Absolutely. Take a look at our photos in our Gallery to get an idea why our guests keep coming back. This is the only premium place of its kind in Morgan Hill.
Ensuring an unforgettable experience is equally important to us as it is to you. Trying to fit large groups into a single room will negatively affect the team building aspect; and the game play will suffer greatly. We recommend splitting large groups into separate smaller groups and into separate adventure rooms in the same time slot. By doing this we maintain both the game play of each room; as well as the fun and team-building aspect of the event for you. The industry average is to have no more than 8 people per room. However, one of our specially-developed rooms can handle more than 8 players! If you have questions about how to split up your group to play, we are happy to help you.
